SCPO has produced a set of discussion cards to encourage
discussion on the Scotland Bill and related issues of
constitutional importance for Scotland.
These cards could be used by:
• small groups where individuals pick a card each and start off a
discussion based on their question(s)
• a large group divided into smaller groups who discuss a few
cards each then come together with the main outcomes
These materials would also be suitable for use with young
people, for instance in Modern Studies classes.
